lyrics
I ain't working out never
I ain't getting no stronger
I'm trading force for displacement
Multiply and conquer
Break out that lever
I'ma make it longer
Get that mechanic advantage
And I won't get tired
You know I always hoped I might lift
But I can't budge these weights alone
I need an incomplex contraption
To boost the force and lift the load
You ain't gotta feel the work (work work work work work work)
But you gotta put in work (work work work work work work)
Equal power equal work (work work work work work work)
Levers yeah that's how they work (work work work work work work)
Putting work to load
Tryna figure out the tension?
Look at Newton's laws of motion
Counteracting one force with two ropes
So you gotta take a quotient
Spread the work out broadly
You can lift a heavy body
With the displacement replacing the force
Ain't no need to be burly
I know you bros out there you might lift
Without a fulcrum, ramp or rope
But I'ma use that work equation (work-energy conservation)
Reduce the forces on a slope
You ain't gotta feel the work (work work work work work work)
But you gotta put in work (work work work work work work)
Force and distance make it work (work work work work work work)
Ramps and pulleys yeah they work (work work work work work work)
Putting work to load
Oh yeah
Bro can you lift for me
Zero delta-x, hold there for me
Ain't no work now; figure that for me
When he still putting out energy
Actin binding repeatedly
He running through that ATP
Muscle tension's costly
Motor proteins throwing off heat
Woah
So we think
Push or pull
Take some power as a rule
Well surprise, that ain't true!
Just a force don't need jack
But of course you'd think that
Spending all your time in your body
Yeah you gotta work that load
Yeah you gotta put in work

I wish there was more music like this. So good to listen to while working on art, and filled with awesome quotes that make you think about the deepest questions in life. It's like science music. Amazing. Goes good with point506. vinbasshred

I find it difficult to choose ONE favourite from this, but the end of Trip to Vegas always makes me crack up laughing. Even though I've never played Fallout: New Vegas, the exasperated "Not again" is so applicable to other games...or anything that involves computers being idiots. aceade
